Jon has been studying the Edgar Cayce readings for more than 25 years. For the past seven years, he has travelled across the country interviewing Cayce reading recipients and their families, deepening his understanding of this profound body of spiritual knowledge. He is a graduate of the Cayce Reilly School of Massage, a Cayce-trained Life Coach, and a practitioner of past life regression. Jon has lectured at conferences on themes such as Oneness, Healing, God’s Other Door, and the Universal Laws, and has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and Asia.

Although Edgar Cayce was born in 1877, his readings spoke to esoteric philosophies that are thousands of years old. Ancient yoga teachings describe the body’s energy system through the chakras (pronounced chak-ra), which are connected to the nerve plexi and the endocrine system. Cayce expanded on this understanding by describing the “finer body” and the subtle energies expressed through the endocrine system.
