April 22 – Dr. Fadel Behman

Dr.  Behman’s vast expertise involves decades of research and teaching in the human energy field. He developed the ‘Behman Technique of Vibrant Living’ which enhances emotional and spiritual well-being. Dr. Behman teaches courses on energy bodies and chakras, meditation and intuition, sacred sounds and much more. He holds a Master’s degree in Medical Physics, a Ph.D. in Therapeutic Counselling and is connected with the International Holistic Health Energy Institute in Montreal.

April 15 – Dr. John Ryan

Dr. John Ryan is a board certified specialist physician, with long interest in spirituality, consciousness and energy-based healing. For over 20 years, he has participated in the emerging energy healing paradigm as an energy healing practitioner and counsellor in support of personal transformation. He is also an author of his latest book “The Missing Pill”.

April 8 – Elizabeth Langs, M.A.

Elizabeth is a retired elementary school teacher, avid reader, researcher, world traveler, workshop presenter, teacher, speaker and medium.  She is a ministerial student at the Ottawa Interfaith Spiritualist Church presently working towards becoming an Ordained Minister. Elizabeth is also connected with Edgar Cayce Canada where she is a regular workshop presenter at their annual conferences.

April 1 – Rev. Susan Guimond

Rev. Guimond is a 3rd generation spiritualist, ordained in 2003 – trained at Camp Chesterfield Indiana, Arthur Findlay College in England and the International Spiritualist Federation in the UK. She was pastor of Christian Spiritual Ministries for 5 years, then moved to start the Ottawa Interfaith Spiritualist Church in 2008. As president, Rev. Guimond holds the position of senior pastor, certified in Therapeutic Touch and Reiki, facilitates closed circles, courses and workshops on mediumship development.

March 25 – Mary Hawkins

Mary Hawkins is a retired University of Ottawa professor who worked in the Department of Communications. She is a public speaker, journalist, photo journalist and author of five books. Throughout her diverse career, she has developed insights into human behaviour, the power of faith in guiding one’s spirit on life’s journey, and how spirit inspired her to photograph native peoples of Canada. She will talk about how to listen to your inner spirit.

March 18 – Lucinda M. Gabriel

Lucinda Gabriel, a Civil Engineer by profession decided to follow her soul’s calling to write, teach and inspire. Now a best-selling author, speaker and respected Medium, she is also a certified Reiki Master. She studied Angel Therapy with the best-selling author, Doreen Virtue as well as Advanced Mediumship with the renowned Medium, Lisa Williams. She has 3 books published in French. Her best-selling book “How To Talk To Angels” has recently been published in English.

March 11 – Mariette Thomas

Mariette is a passionate dynamic teacher, coach, and facilitator and known for her dedication, her commitment to the betterment of people in the world. She is a qualified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition; an Integral Master Coach; an orthotherapist; a professional Organization Development facilitator and most recently trained in the Non-Violent Communication teachings. Mariette also acquired certification in many healing modalities such as Reiki, massage therapy, Therapeutic Touch, Spiritual Healing and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy.

Her mission in life is to alleviate suffering and be of service to humanity. This deep desire has brought Mariette on her own path of self-development and discovery. Her curiosity and determination to break her own limitations have led her to look at various modalities of self-exploration and live a more awakened life.

March 4 – Gail Lafortune

Gail Lafortune is a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). Her healing journey began in 1990 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. In 1991, she personally received a Therapeutic Touch session which TOUCHED her very deeply and changed her life forever. Gail has been passing on the gift of Therapeutic Touch since 1991 to others through her practice. She became a Recognized Teacher in 1997 and has an active Therapeutic Touch practice in Ottawa. She is dedicated to serving her community, as well as increasing the acceptance of Therapeutic Touch as a complementary healing modality in mainstream medicine.

February 18 – Dr. Marilyn Rossner

Dr. Rossner is an interfaith minister, world-renowned medium, award-winning children’s behaviour therapist and yoga therapist. She is also the founder of the Spiritual Sciences Fellowship (SSF), a Montreal-based center which provides educational classes related to mind, body and spirit, and also is the founder of the International Institute of Integral Human Sciences (IIIHS).
